I share this quote because my own crisis led me here – and to you.

From NoWhere …

In late 2023, I was a writer for a blockchain research magazine. When my husband wanted to start a business in Saigon, I followed – despite my reservations about concrete jungles. The day I arrived, I lost my job without warning. Here I was. Wrong place, no job, no money, no place to call my own, nor direction in life.

That was my crisis. “This could be the best thing that ever happened in your life,” my friend Gillian Barden said.

She introduced me to coaching, and philosopher Nicolas Kolonias shared a truth that changed everything: 

 

When life cracks you open, you have a choice. You can stay broken, or let something bigger grow from those cracks. You keep the scar, but you transform into something bigger and more beautiful.

Krísis is the Greek word for decision. I decided to trust in my Self and my network and enrolled in the Irish Lifecoach Institute.
